Avocado Farm for Sale! This 4 hectare plot is a fully productive avocado plantation that produces between 30.000kg and 40.000kg of avocados a year. There are automatic irrigation and fertilizing systems in place, so someone wanting to take over the maintenance and running of the farm would only need workers to deal with the harvesting and pruning, as well as the maintenance of the equipment. There is a well on the property, from where they get most of the water required for the irrigation. However, they are also a part of a “comunidad de regantes” from where they have access to water should the well fails. On the property there is a 200000L water tank that is filled from the well and is employed specifically for the irrigations of the crops. The water level, emptying and filling system can be controlled remotely from a mobile app. On the plot there is a 3 bedroom house, with a small swimming pool, and a separate guest apartment that has 2 bedrooms. There is a separate water tank that provides the water for the house. They are also currently installing photovoltaic panels and there are security cameras throughout the plot.
